What a fantastic day we had! Nothing better than seeing parents, students and teachers all getting involved in the ‘school yard blitz’ session – giving the school grounds a much needed make-over. Thank you so much for making this project possible. This is Step One of our ‘greening our learning environment’ project. I was elected to the school council this year, and am heading up the Grounds and Buildings Sub-committee. Our tree planting activity helped to bring new families into this sub-committee and started further discussions of more grand plans for the school :) Thanks again, we will be sure to acknowledge your support again in the next school newsletter”.
